Bitch Better Have My Money

Happy Spring!!! I am trying to make a come back shem. Not much has changed, we are still not Mail and Guardian, can our grammatical errors be excused. Please.

Black Twitter has grown so much we have missed some fire tweets but what you are about to read is funny and sad, but nobody said life is fair. My TL has a main character, I think @_KaraboNYC is iStarring se TL. Karabo has the ability to take your TL to the dogs however last night he was fighting for what belongs to him. A good fight, confusing but good.

Karabo also known as TMZ, he covers all rumors and has archives that document all files about ones life. Last night demons started him and went against @Vusani_, but we thought he was having another TMZ moment. So this Vusani human being is one of black twitter's shining stars, he is well into intellectual twitter, he will strike you as someone who was a prefect at school. Everyone loves Vusani, you can't even come at him because he is always in his lane minding his black consciousness business. Where do you start dragging a self proclaimed President?

Vusani is also an entrepreneur, doing really well with his TL life, as we dont know him outside that. He recently launched his app; @PardyApp, I think it is an amazing concept, with great potential. Like any TL entrepreneur, when your product surfaces, you need good hype men on your side, people who will get your product out there. So PardyApp ran a competion promo;

"@PardyApp: Win a R1000 by...

1. Download Pardy on Google store
2. Take a screenshot of the first page of the app
3. Use #PardyApp"

That is were Karabo comes in, Karabo won the money, R1000 but a 6 weeks later he didn't get his money as promised and he kept asking when he will get the money but the President kept feeding him stories, he got upset and went on rant.

"You have REALLY disappointed me,after so many warnings ? You still DONT deliver but instead you lie and lie ? @Vusani_"

"Really didn't wanna do this,but you have made us fools,for 6 weeks bra ? Do you know how expensive data is ? @Vusani_"

"Don't even know why I believed your scams when you cheated on a girl you were engaged to with a slut @Vusani_ SEE YOUR LIFE ?"

"Look at this nyols ? @Vusani_ please explain these lies before i tell everyone what you have been up to,sir ? http://t.co/eAxvqSeWP4"

"Clubs and events will be required to pay R150 as a joining fee to be featured on @PardyApp it's not a gig guide,it scans ppl for R150's 😭😭😭"

He went on and on and on. But he was not the only one shem, it was 10 of them but he is the only one who had courage to come out and it seems only one of them was paid.

"@Vusi_Nerdyshian: Pardy App also has been lying to us hey. They aren't honest"

"@locitru: So only Sly was paid? ONE person out of 10. Nice."

"@PardyApp: @BongzThaMr_K @LocItRu @Sly_Lunatic @_KaraboNYC @Faith__Minky Hi guys, we're aware and we have dealt with the issues. Expect payment soon."

I feel Speak out should cover this. Karabo had every right to do this and knowing him you wouldn't want to screw him because he is capable of messing up your internet life, instead of paying Sly I would have paid Karabo first. He made a mess of Vusani, from asking for money to telling us his penis size. Though he went a bit extreme about this, promoters need to stop taking people for a ride. They must pay.

Vusani being the President that he is he issued a statement and dismissed all the other files, but he didn't show any remorse. His TL was filled with motivation from his fans about how people don't want to see a black man do well and they forget that a black man must pay. They painted Karabo as a crazy person, he has a touch of insanity but imali iyaxabanisa ke shem. All this could have been avoided.

"@Vusani_: Yes, I owe Karabo R1000 for winning a Pardy App application. I'll pay him like I've been paying the other winners."

"The rest of the stuff he said about me are new to me, still processing the engagement thing...let alone the cheating. My ex would laugh."

"The rest of the stuff he said about me are new to me, still processing the engagement thing...let alone the cheating. My ex would laugh."

"I don't have it in me to scam people. I might have made mistakes of making promises I didn't keep but the payments will come."

Psssssssst, there is it, you just feel bad after reading that because he seems like such a nice guy who wouldn't even kill a fly, crooks are smooth ke wethu. This might seem unnecessary but other kids, played the competition in turn promoting the app, it was more than a competition because they were used. At first I thought how would you come out and drag someone this much over a competition but then I remembered the buzz the competition brought on our TLs. We ate PardyApp 7 times a day.

If I were to put everything, from 3rd parties throwing themselves in, the gay slurrs to how we got to platinum cards you'd feel like you are reading "Long walk to Freedom" and get bored.

Promoters please pay us. We annoy our followers with all these promo tweets and data is expensive. We tryna help you guys, be professional and tell your investors to pay in time also because you have dependencies and you don't wanna upset them.

Unsafe Sex Is The Present Apocalypse

Apocalyptic themed movies and books often depict a world left desolate by nuclear war or a catastrophic natural disaster or disease caused by man’s foolishness and arrogance. It is the latter that often interests me; that we will wipe ourselves off by a disease, virus or bacteriawe allow to propagate through the false sense of security and invincibility.

We have been living with HIV for decades; we are fed information on HIV and how to prevent it, being short of a cure or vaccine, on a constant basis. Information on HIV has never been so widely distributed and freely available to many of us like it is now. However it seems people are still being ‘destroyed from a lack of knowledge’ to quote scripture, Hosea 4:6. This is not about religion or belief but the scripture is poignant and quite relevant to all areas of life, when we lack knowledge or wisdom (as some biblical translations use) we suffer.

A Twitter timeline that grabbed me last week Friday was that of @OzTheSon, he was tweeting about his close shave with HIV. It captured my attention because of its honesty. It seems we still do not understand, as if we lack knowledge or wisdom on sexually transmitted infections and responsible sexual behaviourIt is amazing how easyis’kuni (unprotected sex) is, to just slip it in and leave it to chance or hope for the best.

I commend him for sharing his experience, especially so publicly and on the start of the weekend where his particular experience is far more likely to occur. One hopes his tweets have pulled us out of our complacency and stupidity.

@OzTheSon’s story begins with all the ingredients of any other run of the mill story that culminates in sexual intercourse, booze, attraction, sexual arousal and more booze. He met, what he rates, a highly attractive femalethey exchanged numbers and later she was at his place. It is what happens next where we need to pay attention and learn a lesson. Oz (if I may call him that) admits that he decided that he would not spend the night alone and when the lady ended up to his place things got ‘interesting’. However he could not find the condoms he had so washaya i’skuni umfana. Phela simnandi, ubani ongamusola? He says she did not ask about the condom prior to what was now inevitable penetration but asked after his climax, we do not know if she had her orgasm but that’s not the point here.

Oz @OzTheSon · Nov 14

Had a couple of beers but I had already planned everything in my head. Wasn't gonna spend the nIght alone...

Oz @OzTheSon · Nov 14

Got to my place, it was around 2am by then so we went straight to bed. And we didn't waste time. All over each other.

Oz @OzTheSon · Nov 14

Anyway let me skip the other details. Thing is I recall having condoms. But didn't find them when I needed them most...

Oz @OzTheSon · Nov 14

But I wanted her so bad and somehow she didn't ask about them. We just proceeded...

Oz @OzTheSon · Nov 14

Now just after a nigga nutted she asks... yes you guessed it "did you just come in me" followed by "so you didn't use a condom?"

It is at this points she informs him of her HIV positive status. Oz went through a range of emotions including anger and even thought she was joking. Eventually she left and asked for cab fare, which he gave to her – Julius Malema would be proud.

To cut a long story short and at least 2 HIV tests, Oz was found to be negative. Happy endings.

@OzTheSon took his lesson and offers no excuses for his irresponsible behaviour and no blame is apportioned here. Some of the reactions to his tweets included the promotion of circumcision as a preventative measure against STIs. However I think we should all learn to be uncompromising in how we sexually engage safely. One cannot blame the heat of the moment for irresponsible sexual acts, this includes oral sex or mutual fondling. We just need to be safe in this day and age, even sexting via social media has its dangers, being munched and becoming the joke of the internet . Worse girls meet unscrupulous, dangerous men who kidnap, rob and murder them. The world is not safe and we need to take care of ourselves as to whom we engage with and how.

Since it is Big Days, this should be a big eye opener.

Sizwe's twitter experience

Black twitter has a fair share of regular news makers and one of those is the great Sizwe Dhlomo, he seems to be stealing a lot of light from us regular tweeps, some celebs are busy you know but he is constantly in the midst of drama...

One could easily say that our Sizwe is seeking attention or something but I beg to differ, I'd like to think that Sizwe doesn't do it on purpose but all this is because tweeps are on his ass, he is can never tweet anything without being judged but he brought it all upon himself. Sizwe is not your regular celebrity, I'm guessing he was forced to go to that Live audition, sure the guy all he wanted was to be an academic of some sort. I am not saying that being on TV is bad or anything like that but I'm saying if ones TL is anything to go by, I'd say Sizwe landed in the wrong profession but hey, he could've been at Princeton prior to Live and it got in the way and his entertainment career amplified drastically. He honestly needs to go back. I am saying all this because he only tweets what he thinks are facts and funny enough, he's always up for debate which poses a bit of a problem because one can't possibly debate facts which makes me naive to think that he tweets facts, it could just be his opinions but then again I believe that opinions are not there to be debated.

It's has been a roller-coaster in Sizwe's world as black twitter has found a way to piss him off and it works. If there's one thing you shouldn't trust is tweeps, they have this thing of making you believe you're great until you slip up and you'll hate your existence but if you're as strong as Sizwe you'll go on like your twitter experience is not a nightmare, one thing I admire about the guy. He became one of celebrity twitter bullies because he was trying to prove that tweeps can't demean him because he's a celeb, it didn't work for long though, hence he landed in this here mess.

Since #BTNews has gone AWOL, I thought why not show you "A typical month in Sizwe Dhlomo's tworld", this will just highlight his biggest blows.

His demons started to show towards the end of September when he added his 2 cents on #BlackFace, a form of make up used by white people to represent blacks.
“@SizweDhlomo: Blanketly applying historical context into every situation is not only inaccurate & silly, it's also downright illogical.”

And Chestermissing gathered him quick before he could brainwash us any further;

 “@chestermissing: Next veejays and continuity presenters will be telling us how society works.., wait, too late.”

Things got heated when Sizwe said that he played Chester Missing a Danny K song. Chester replied with "yes, stick to your competence level, pressing "play".
Chester went on to add more salt into the wound  "celebrities think that their opinions matter merely because they are famous. Their self important bullshit just makes the problem worse."
Sizwe replied "just a puppet that I chose not to reply to." & Chester fired a shot 🔫 saying
"actually u did and got nailed again. U make Top Billing presenters look clever."
The twar went on & on *yawn* as always, twars with no substance suck.

As we were still getting over Chester's blows, Kwesta got in with a bang because Sizwe said KO has verse of the year. Kwesta was so touched that he gave Sizwe a local hiphop lesson, since he doesnt give up without a fight, he debated until he admitted that Kwesta's verse is the one. He was tired shem.

He also got into an argument with @_Darne and he started him, 3rd party followers are the worst kinds of assholes;

“@SizweDhlomo: We'll follow you in 10 months... RT @JackDevero: This is not the time. We are venting RT @__Darne: Follow me on IG: darnemapheto”

Siz went on to belittle the guy by claiming that Darne will never be anything, with or without his attention. Strugglers are strugglers.
See how he thinks that errone wants his lil pink stamp of approval, sweet.
Sizwe then proceeded to tweet "cats think that attention is making it. It's not. The journey is much longer than that".
He goes from being an ass to being a motivational speaker.
That's how Sizwe plays twitter, always getting into twars & insulting people, it's a cycle, same shit everyday different toilets.

Meet Me At Trappers Mall

It was a really wack morning, I was upset that I woke up earlier than usual little did I know that it was a blessing, my morning was made. @Thu_Ways is an early birdy, I am assuming before he gets ready for work he tweets but we not really here for that, he came in, mad AF, nobody knew what his anger was triggered by and he tweeted;

“@Thu_ways: I see @uGugu_oWhite you still tweeting about me like you don't have a kid to take care off. Stop that sh*t or else... Bloody Prostitute”

“@Thu_ways: You hide your kids then come act clever on twitter”

Ok I went through Gugu's TL from hours before this and there's nowhere she goes at Thu so when the bomb dropped it was rather confusing as to how can this man be so mean to the poor girl when she didn't do anything. Well Thu is really full of threats and anger, that much I've learned about him, you piss him off, he'll swear at you, he has been like that for years. Gugu is also an early birdy, which made all this fun, we didn't have to wait hours for retaliation, she came in and as I was online and having a party over all this, I laughed at one of the tweets and it landed on Gugu's mentions as she claims she blocked him. She tweeted;

“@uGugu_oWhite: @Spar_Letta why uletha lestabane kuma mentions wami ngoba I blocked it?”

“@uGugu_oWhite: This fag still mad that I don't like it -____-”

Knowing Gugu, she started this like she always does with everyone else, she's what you'd call a troll and she will get personal as well. She is fearless, so she says what most of us are scared to say. So I asked what the problem is because Thuways can't just call someone a bloody prostitute.

“@uGugu_oWhite: It's hurt cz I said it's annoying "@Spar_Letta: Lol I wasn't aware, nibangani? “@Gugu_oWhite: @Spar_Letta why uletha lestabane kuma mentions”

Surely she meant that she said Thu is annoying, it got to him and he got mad. It all makes sense now however it does not explain how childish the pair is over this. Gugu went on to say;

“@uGugu_oWhite: *shrugs* you know how you can never win with a gay boy right? Zokupoca unye... Moving right on”

See Gugu is accusing Thu of being gay, and is calling him a boy, he's Xhosa BTW so that is very offensive to him. I understand why Thu would get mad not that I'm endorsing all this but you'd also get mad. Thu got really upset and went on to tweet

“@Thu_ways: @uGugu_oWhite you think Trappers Mall is too far? You invincible? Just act like a mother that you are. You too simple for this”

“@Thu_ways: Her real name is Gugu Shirley Vilakazi from Secunda. 1 kid, a boy. Store keeper at Trappers Mall. Sanuza on twitter & act clever”

I don't know what Thu is trying to achieve here, but I'm guessing he is trying to expose the girl and to make her feel like trash for working as a store keeper and having a kid, which is premature if you ask me. Not that I know how mothers tweet but surely Thu wanted Gugu to post his boy every now and then so we, people who don't matter know that she has a kid. Probably you also asking yourself where he got all this information, which is really creepy.

Another incredible move from Thu, he was called gay, and he goes on to affirm that by wanting to kick the girl's ass, not that homos fight girls but I'm sure subconsciously they think they are females so they can fight with other females. This leaves a "Why would you be so mad is you are straight and proud" question cause I know some insults are annoying but you can't be this mad over being called gay and annoying, IDK.

But our Gugu Vilakazi of Secunda is denying the Mall and the baby, which is fine, totally, it's not our business.

“@uGugu_oWhite: Lol kanti ngizale nini mina ngingayazi lendaba? Hahaha wehhh izitabane zizokwenzela sisi :'D”

“@uGugu_oWhite: Lol that tile none is true :'D "@Spar_Letta: Lmfao so yo'all get our full identity, employment history, family history and all?...”

“@uGugu_oWhite: I am, he knows this from IG :) "@Spar_Letta: Lol so you are not Gugu Vilakazi? “@Gugu_oWhite: Lol that tile none is true :'D "@Spar_Letta:”

“@uGugu_oWhite: And if I had a kid, dont yall think Id be flaunting that yellow bambino? I think I'd be annoying even. Ngingakhuluma ngaye ngisho etshwaleni”

“@uGugu_oWhite: Entlek I doubt I'd even be on twitter if I had a kid, hence I don't want one now... I'd be so focused fam”

Well Gugu denies all this except her name and surname, and Thu denies being gay, any closeted guy would deny being gay unless ready to come out. Thu had inferred he isn't, so we will believe him. No one needs to prove they're gay or not. It stretched a bit further like any other twitter brawl and we were there to fuel it up.

“@uGugu_oWhite: Ngithe woza eTrappers Mall sisi! Woza! "@Thu_ways: @Gugu_oWhite I'll kick your ass, don't fcuk around with people you don't know on twitter"”

“@Thu_ways: Next time uthi uyaphapha you'll see your medical & school history flying across your TL. Stop disrespecting people you don't know”

“@Thu_ways: @uGugu_oWhite  must I dish out your school & medical history for you to keep quiet? Just be a good mother & stop acting rough here”

And another guy joined in on the party shem, tryna to be Captain Save Gugu, and it never ends well, you should know how to stay in your lane unless you like catching splits.

I understand his anger but he totally missed the point which was;

“@Mo_Odi_: The point is y’all should behave like mothers 😂 not absent mothers 😂”

Anyway Thu got to that too and quickly profiled the guy as he did with Gugu which by the way is very questionable unless he knows people in the same circles as this two.

“@Thu_ways: Is this your number 073 927 0878, pick up & we'll discuss a place so you can tell me all your issues in person, how's that? "@i_Delvis:”

“@i_Delvis: You Think I'm Scared Of You? Smh! You People And Your Online Threats @Thu_ways”

“@i_Delvis: That Nigga Just Called Me Asking What's My Problem, He Wanna Come Meet Up! LMFAO @uNgoza”

“@i_Delvis: I Wonder Who Gave That Thu Ways Nigga My Numbers. Gay Niggas Are Good At This Investigation Thing Bruh!”

“@Thu_ways: You don't sound this gangster over the phone. Do you also feel like you invincible? "@i_Delvis: Now That You Have My Numbers And Know”

He is just out to prove that we aren't as gangster in real life as we are on the TL and it is totally ok, you can be anything you like online. It went on like that for the best part of the morning and got really boring, but tweeps know how to make us crack up;

“@SenzyM: I thought "Trappers Mall" is like a euphemism, you know like, seeing as she usually has a boob/thigh thirst TRAP avi (._.)”

“@Eugenia__88: If you wanna tell someone that they're gay without offending them, you just say "you're Thu”

“@Dear_Shozi: Uzomondlela? "@Londeka_Mn: Okay does Gugu have a kid or NOT!!!!!!!?????"”

“@TwirraKing_: If he's not gay then is he menstruating ? He acts like he has wet pads dripping down his leg.”

“@PhumlaShongwe: Angithi uyaz, if u wanted him and didn't get him he's gay :"D RT @ReeBonnySA: Thulani is straight guys.”

“@zulunextdoor: Muzi has a son. “@NoloZA_: Somizi has a daughter "@Spar_Letta: Thu has a cute lil boy.””

LT, what a deviation. Then there were those who tried to make sense of it all and intellectualise the whole thing when really it is stupid. Girl calls boy gay, boy wants to kick girl's ass, nothing to digest here, it is stupid.

“@BTNews_: Going to Trappers Mall should be synonymous with going outside to fight, 'Ngizokufak' eTrappers Mall sani.'”

Anyway, I wish all these fights happen one day not that I'm for women abuse or anything like that, all these pending fights are just getting too much.

When swag tips over

It has been a little over a week since HCP happened and when we woke up to the Sunday Twitter raucous of the aftermath which has included ogling known Oomfs and ‘need to be known’ oomfs, as well as some seemingly disastrous happenings and ‘I wish I was there’ moments.

One of the biggest talking points was that of a very good looking girl who entered dripping of swag but ended up tipped over, face planted firmly on the grass. I wasn’t sure if she was passed out or a congregant of Rabboni Centre Ministries and this was a part of the grass eating praise and worship. It was sad. The tweets have been ferociously abundant, so we shall not go through those but I want to talk about the divide that has permeated as to whether it is right to joke about and meme her, question her morality and ‘where were her friends?’

My understanding about HCP and similar events is that they are not family and/or child friendly but for people who are grown and have some sense. At least one hopes sense exists. The girl who passed out whether she drank herself to a stupor or her drink was spiked is seemingly grown. We live in an age where spiking is a widely known danger, we know we shouldn’t accept open drinks from strangers or questionable friends. Spiking has been around since time immemorial so today we should be well aware of this danger and drinking too much. We live in a world with dangerous people; even sleeping in the car is not safe anymore. Surely we have heard of incidences of girls being sexually assaulted while sleeping in a car alone. This is not to lay blame on victims but we need to be aware of risks.

We also know to get stupidly drunk around people we know and trust, if there is doubt it is because there is no doubt, so don’t do it. As for the question ‘where were her friends?’ it implies they are to blame for her condition,for not helping and allowing the opportunity for the picture being taken and posted online. Again going back to the age we live in, with the amount of smartphones and connectivity, we should not be shocked when people rush to take pictures of something faster than maggots appear on a dead carcass and posting these on the online wild.

I am all for one having fun but think about who you are with, where you are and consequences. I am not placing blame on usisi because I am ignorant as to the circumstances. However she is a grown girl and should have taken care as to how much she drank or where she was getting her drinks.

Well twitter got really creative with it, they brought out their A-game photoshopping skills.

Then there's was the #HuntersDryChallenge inspired by the #IceBucketChallenge

And others were just being unnecessary

Usisi kodwa is saying it wasn’t her, giving her the benefit of the doubt, akusiyena. Whoever it is/was, my views still hold and they are out there to be disputed, debated, rubbished or just ignore. After all, who am I to talk? Kodwa ufundile.
